Hi there and welcome!
I'm Master Craftsperson and Master Photographer
Top tier of formally educated, internationally certified photographer.
Based in Northern California, USA
I bring the precision and artistry of European craftsmanship now adapted for modern U.S. brand storytelling.
When I take a picture, it's not just a picture it's a degree-certified, light-sculpted, emotion-optimized slice of time.
With master-level control over lighting, styling, and framing, I direct both motion and stills through one cohesive creative vision. My work blends lighting mastery, clean art direction, and full production control to deliver refined, high-end tabletop imagery.
Basically... I don't take photos.
I manifest visual narratives through educated imagery crafting.
Or, as my mom still calls it: 'pressing the button.'🤦♀️📸.
Master Photographer vs. The Job Market 🍟📸
🎤 Stand-Up Comedy
Three years of European Trade school - Photography + 3000 hours of apprenticeship, like I was training for the Olympics of light and shadow💼 . Basically, I got paid in coffee and thick juice with cream. ☕😵💫
Ran my own photography business in Croatia — yes, real invoices, real clients, real results and real coffee-fueled late nights ☕📸
Then life hit “plot twist!” 🎢 I moved to the US 🇺🇸 to raise a family👶 👶❤️
After running my own business in Croatia, I moved to the US thinking, “I will easily continue where I left off!
Wrong.
And when I was ready to rejoin the workforce?
Crickets.
And the American job market took one look at my resume and said:
"Is Croatia a software?
HR robots don’t care about degrees or photography qualification — they want buzzwords and Excel skills. My resume? Tossed faster than my last attempt at sour cream (allergic, thanks). 🗑️🚫
So, I flew BACK to Europe to get my master’s degree and take the Master Craftsman exams. Not your average test — I had to build a masterpiece and present it to the Chamber of Trades and Crafts and Guild of Photographers presenting it to a panel of industry leaders. Imagine a room full of people staring at your work like you just told them potatoes don’t need ketchup. 🥔😳
Passed those exams that lasted longer than a Netflix binge without snacks. Then flew BACK to the US — and back again just to graduate in person.
At this point, my diploma’s got more frequent flyer miles than I do.✈️📜
Honestly? I'm thinking of planting potatoes. Potatoes don’t judge resumes or ask for references. And when life’s rough, at least I can fry ’em and eat my feelings and maybe write a cookbook or two. 🍟🥔😎
Mic drop. 🎤🍟
